About the Role:

We’re looking for an AI-native, growth-minded Marketing Coordinator who is excited to build, experiment, and scale quickly. You’ll be the first dedicated marketing hire on the team, working directly with our CEO, Head of Growth, and a talented network of designers, animators, and video creators. You're not scared of scaling with AI; you're proud of it.

This isn’t just another marketing job—it’s an opportunity to shape how Agora tells its story, how we show up for our clients, and how we bring clarity to the immigration journey for global talents. You’ll own core marketing initiatives: from crafting content that educates and converts, to testing new channels, to creating automated, data-driven funnels that keep us growing. You may not be a designer, but you have a good eye for good design, whether it’s static or video content. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Coordination: Plan, draft, and coordinate the rollout of our website, blogs, newsletters, social posts, and client success stories across key channels to grow and engage our key audiences.
  • AI-Enhanced Marketing: Use AI to write, refine, and scale content and campaigns—whether it’s email copy, blog posts, or market analysis.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Track performance metrics, run A/B tests, and identify quick wins and long-term growth opportunities.
  • Partnerships: Manage our partnership conversations with sector players to scale the Agora brand.
  • Event & Webinar Support: Assist in planning and promoting webinars, office hours, and community events that foster trust and establish authority.
  • Collaboration & Resource Management: Work with external creators (designers, video editors) to produce polished visuals and engaging video content for the brand.
  • Thought Leadership & Brand Building: Help position Agora as the go-to partner for the world’s top 1% of talent, telling stories that matter and drive action.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Some proven experience in early-stage growth marketing in a startup or founder-focused community. 
  • Experience working in small teams and scaling with technology is a big plus.
  • Comfortable experimenting and scaling performance with AI tools. You are great at collaborating with AI and people to drive results.
  • A strong copywriter and communicator who can turn complex topics into clear, actionable content.
  • Familiarity with SEO, LinkedIn, email marketing, and funnel building.
  • Proactive, organized, and highly collaborative, able to deliver results in a remote-first environment.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a bias for testing and learning.
  • Experience working with or around founders, global talent, or immigration is a plus.
  • Bonus: exposure to paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and performance marketing strategies.

Compensation: N450,000 - N600,000 depending on experience and location.
